The samples came in well intact and neatly packed. The quality and the feel of the material to my surprise was of high-quality And not some cheap synthetic plastic.Folks this is the real deal and you would not be disappointed with the workmanship.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery, I only had two minor issues on condition and appearance. When I opened the box and lifted the first frame piece, a small piece of the corner of the frame was at the bottom of the box. I was able to fix by applying a small amount of wood glue and fitting the loose piece back on. The other issue is on appearance on the 32" frame. you can definitely see seams where the frame was joined together. Overall very please with the look, and since I am a multi Frame TV owner, I am looking forward to purchasing another frame for my 2019 43", my only hesitation is the price.

One of the four section of the frame was scuffed on the edge where it laid inside the foam, I think I can use some touch up paint to fix it. At least I'm going to try.
