Deco TV FramesReviews of decotvframes.com

I’m so in love with my Distressed Barnwood tv frame! We are super happy with our purchase and our decision to buy from DecoFrqme. The beautiful handmade classic barnwood frame really dressed up our living room to the next level. Now my tv doesn’t look like it’s hanging in inside a Best Buy store but inside a home! The DecoFrame is solidly constructed and a lovely piece of art too! The frame is a solidly built, artistic frame and so unique so I can’t wait to show it off to all my new house guests! Best kept secret :) but not for long!! I don’t usually spend time to day reviews bout DecoFrame is really worth the praise. Thank you DecoFrame for your excellent personal service. My frame arrived quickly and super easy to install. I am so addicted I just might need to purchase a new tv so I can have add another gorgeous DecoFrame to beauty my new home!!

Amazing! I ordered my new frame on a Thursday night and received it on Saturday afternoon. It only took a few minutes to fit the frame together and place it over the TV. Much easier than I could have ever imagined. It really makes my investment in the Samsung 50" Frame TV worth it. It takes my TV to a whole different level of fabulous. Perfect for the bedroom. I am beyond thrilled!

Long story short...Deco TV Frames is one the best companies I've ever done business with. High quality product with even better customer service. Rest assured, you can buy with confidence. This company embodies integrity and they stand by their products. Long story, long... I'm fortunate to own three of their frames, 55" Antique Gold, 65" Ornate Gold, and 75" Tuscan Antique Gold. They're all incredible, and worth every penny. I was fortunate to buy these frames when they ran a promotion during Thanksgiving weekend 2020, which included a generous discount along with free side extensions! One of the items was back ordered and there was a bit a confusion with the order I placed for the extensions and my issue was promptly resolved by Danielle Labrecque. She was responsive and on top of everything. Also, Jason Barcelona, pitched in and kept me well informed of all updates related to their supply chain and the Ornate Gold frame, which I greatly appreciated. He astutely anticipated any questions I had. Their customer chat service is also extremely useful. Kevin was online and ready to trouble shoot any questions I had related to the payment workflow on their site. I also have to mention the fact that the company released an upgrade to their frames that enable the sensor feature to operate at full capacity. This feature rolled out after I purchased my frames and without hesitation, Deco TV sent me the upgrade at no additional cost! Again, this demonstrates the company's integrity and innovative mindset woven throughout the company. Also, their Instagram profile, decotvframes, is worth subscribing to. I've picked up a number of Samsung TV tips, learned about life on a boat, and I've even learned a bit about global supply chain logistics. I'm not being facetious when I say it's entertaining. I've since referred the company to my brother-in-law and I'm happy to see a small American business thrive in 2020. Thank you guys for everything you do. The frames have definitely helped upgrade my home. Gino

I ordered a frame sample for a tv I don’t own yet! I loved it and can not wait to finally own both the frame tv and a beautiful deco frames tv frame to go with it!

We have a 65" Frame tv and before purchasing from Deco TV Frames, it looked like a tv mounted flush to the wall with a picture displayed on it. With the Deco TV Frame, it does pass for art and not a tv. The Deco TV Frame is well constructed, easy to assemble, and easy to install. It looks good and I would recommend it to anyone who invested in a Frame tv. Yes, it is pricey, but if you already spent the money on the Frame tv, pay the extra incremental to make it look like you thought it would. You won't regret it.

Assembly was very easy. Parts go together easily and well engineered. Easy to place and remove from TV. Motion detection and ambient room light sector require the purchase of Smart Room sensor which is now on order.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. If all businesses followed their model they would all be successful. Fantastic customer service. Danielle made me feel like I was truly important and that my needs were a concern of hers. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. The quality is amazing too, nothing better out there. Looks like a very fine hand crafted frame that you would get in a custom framing shop because that is exactly what it is. Thanks again to their team and Danielle.

Omg these frames are FABULOUS!!! Can’t believe how easy they were to put together and put on the TV!!
