The website does not work at all. The pricing on products is very misleading. Shipping is outragous. I found my same product for half the price elsewhere with free shipping. (Many places, actually) Decorator's Best was not willing to help at all. Go elsewhere!!! They are ripping you off.

I’ve ordered wallpaper from them before and my experience was fine. But my recent order for close to $100 of samples has been a disaster. I never received close to half of them and have had no response after reaching out to customer service. They took my money just fine but never completed the order, nor bothered to respond to my complaints. Taking my business elsewhere. Update: I am doubling down on my views regarding DB - as you can see from their reply - its up to me to reach out AGAIN to them, even though I've already done so without a response. There are other vendors available - this one is a hard pass.

Do not buy from them! Wallpaper did not match pictures and trying to return was difficult. Plus 25-30% return fees!!!!! Buy somewhere else.

We were looking for a high quality wallpaper but the wallpaper delivered was not even close to the advertised pictures. Also the return policy is ridiculous. All wallpapers were unopened and returned in original packaging. Nevertheless nearly 40% or $70 were eaten up by several return fees. Be aware… can not recommend this store

Their average review is a 1.4 for a reason. It cost me $51 for NOTHING, except headache, time and stress. When it came to my partial refund, I had to remind them and even then she made it clear that in her opinion they weren’t late on returning money (2+ weeks and 12 business days later, I had not received anything, not even an email.). They wouldn’t own up to making a mistake by not reading the note on my order. They were also the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. I had a great experience with Laurie from WALLPAPER TO GO. They had the same item I needed, CONFIRMED that everything was correct before shipping. That’s all I wanted from the beginning with Decorators… I can’t even finish typing their name because it is so far from the truth. I hope your wallpaper experience is exceptional elsewhere.

Delivered the wrong sample, late, then did not respond to refund request.

BEWARE!!! This company is purely a middle man- you buy "from them" and then a third party who knows where with who knows what they actually have in stock sends the product who knows when. I decided after my purchase that I no longer needed the order so I contacted them to cancel. They said I could not because it was already "processed"- silly me, I thought that meant it was shipped or about to ship. Time goes by and no product. I contact Decorators Best and they tell me they contacted the actual seller and there is a delay in shipping (when I ordered their website said "ready to ship" for the product I ordered- FALSE!!!!). So I could not cancel my order but I also cannot receive it. I again expressed I want to cancel and get a refund. Nope, you are stuck was the basic answer. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible! Zero customer service. They don't mind taking your money for samples and they definitely don't communicate when your samples are late. March 18th order placed - just got my last sample last week. Do the math - almost 6 weeks. I reached out multiple times to them - nothing. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
