DecorativePlumbingProsReviews of decorativeplumbingpros.com

Great inventory of older parts. Fast shipping.

I dealt with Brian at Decorative Plumbing and want to say that he went above and beyond in customer service. He was professional and pleasant to talk to. I needed a Toto toilet tank, and he found the model I needed and gave me a very fair price. It was less expensive than the local plumbing suppliers I had looked at. It arrived as scheduled. I would highly recommend Decorative Plumbing Pros, and if your lucky enough to get Brian you'll see what I have stated as being true. Thank you Brian, for all the help you provided !!! Joe

They are wonderful communicators. Item was shipped and arrived as promised.

I was pleased by the product and the timely delivery.

I ordered a toilet tank lid and was contacted immediately that it would be back ordered. They got right on the order and we waited. I was kept informed and when they received it... boom it was overnighted to me. Yay! It was a perfect match. Thank you Guys!

I needed a slightly different component part for a shower. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!

Easy order and communication but slow to ship

Great customer service. I had a very unique and inexpensive part I was looking for. The sales rep was very patient and professional
