Great experience

Site is very easy to use and understand ide never cashed out with Bitcoin before I was kinda nervous but it wasn't difficult and the site was actually TRUE TO ITS WORD unlike most other casino sites that say they will payout but NEVER give you all the stipulations of cashing out till the VERY last second and want a deposit the size of a new car payment smh SO thank you Decoded Casino for sticking to your word refreshing to have some honesty come from a casino 5 ⭐'s!

Let me preface this by saying that I don’t leave many or really any bad reviews. I have played at probably 30+ online casinos with many of them being bad/sleezy, but I have never left a review. This could be about 3 pages with all the scams they pulled. This is the worst casino, with the worst customer service I have ever played at! I got lucky and ended up winning a nice amount of money. My weekly withdrawal limit immediately went from $5,000 a week to $1,000 a week. Which really was like $1,000 every 10 days. They said that these decisions are made by management and it was because of “security reasons”. There were never any security reasons when I deposited 20+ previous times and didn’t win. For a month I repeatedly asked if I could speak to management and was never able to. I was basically told that management was untouchable and unreachable. Then after not being able to get to speak to anyone who didn’t just spin the company line or get any answers for 3+ weeks, I put in a complaint with a Casino review site (Chipy) because I didn’t know what else to do. Chipy responded to me and said that Decode casino agreed to raise my withdrawal limit to $1,500 a week in “good Faith”. Not ideal but I was happy that something got done. Chipy marked the issue resolved and decode immediately lowered my withdrawal limit back to $1,000. Long story long…..DO NOT PLAY HERE!!! If you win you will fight and fight to get your money. No reasoning, you cant speak to management, then they pull scams like the one with Chipy. Like the previous reviews have said, this is a scam casino! EDIT….MY REVIEW GOES FROM A 1 to a 0!!! The response from Decode casino is comical. I asked numerous times what the security issues were and never got a response. 2nd….”if you would like to discuss further”???? Are you serious??? I reached out via email, chat or even phone more times than I can count to try and “discuss further”. All for nothing & you can’t talk to management to discuss further. And they paid me $1,500 one time before immediately reducing it again. Just don’t even respond next time instead of making yourself look like fools!

I deposited over $1,000 won, lost, won.. I have never in all my time gambling seen the excuses they use to not pay. My account balance was around $3,000 when they sent me loyalty spins for my deposits, so I played them, won a little.. When I went to cash out my winnings, they told me all my money was void because I used the free spins while I had a playable balance. (Ok, fine.. Then take back the small amount I won on the spins..) No, they took my whole balance of almost $4700 at the time. They only tried taking it once I tried to withdraw.. It’s a website for damn sake, if a bonus will void my balance (which makes no sense..) then don’t send it, much less let me accept it! But they want you too! Prior to that, I had won almost $11,000 and when I tried to withdrawal they refused to verify my account because I use a PO Box, this was NOT an issue when I deposited multiple times.. If course, with the slow communication, I lost most of the money waiting for them to respond.. As soon as I lost the money, they verified my account.. with no new information, no new address. It was only a problem because I was trying to cash out. Please don’t deposit with them. They’re a bogus scam site. Fun games, no doubt. But you’ll never collect your winnings!!

Let me start by saying that I do not gamble because of casinos like Decode. However my girlfriend of 11 years does gamble and does a pretty good job. So good that Decode Casino has come up several reasons to NOT pay her. Now it seems like they are just making up new rules to avoid having to pay her. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLATFORM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

They always have great bonuses so you can play things that you wouldn't ordinarily play. And I've never had any problems with them at all they are always very helpful with anything that I need.

They don't deserve a star at all....YOU CAN DEPOSIT ALL THE MONEY YOU WANT TO BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO WITHDRAW ANY WINNINGS GUESS WHAT......NOPE CANT DO THAT. THIS IS A SCAM TO SAY THE LEAST, IF YOU SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS PLACE JUST KNOW I WARNED YOU...IT IS A TOTAL RIP OFF
