I think the product is a quality one. The mailing takes a long time. I wish you let the purchaser know that it comes from abroad so we do not expect it in 1 week. I think also will be helpful to include installation instructions. Not everyone that orders know how to install them, myself included. Nor everyone is an American thst knows how it works. I cannot tell you if it works or not because I do not know how to install them.

The ordering of this product was fairly simple and easy to understand. The only criticism I would have of the whole experience is how long it took to get here. I understand all the red tape it takes to ship it here so I am not to upset about it.
