Took a long time to receive item

It took a long time to get them and I wasn’t able to try them yet on the chairs I bought them for. I thought the ad said they are waterproof. They are not.

Took forever to be shipped; then once received the containers were significantly smaller than what the advertisements perceived; not cool.

The purchase process was good and delivery was relatively quick (I'm in Australia and it took a couple of weeks. But the hose attachment is not as powerful as I thought it would be and is NOT a substitute for a proper electric pressure hose. It does produce a strong stream of water which removes surface debris but doesn't remove mould or stains from concrete.

It took too long to arrive after I ordered it.

I ordered the item without any problems. But it has been almost 4 weeks and I have no idea where my item is. Tracking is terrible.

The hat was not as pictured and thr crown is huge, causing it to fit poorly and look wrird.

Haven't received my order and it's been several weeks.
