Thank you for reviewing hima! You placed an order via instagram or fb shop. Payments are authorised and sent to us sellers once we ship . We had created a label but the payment was failed to be authorized by PayPal . We usually cancel Such orders if the third party portal such as fb / instagram/ PayPal fail to clear payments within 48 hours. Here neither you nor we are at fault , it was a technical error of non payment which we clearly mentioned while cancelling the order to instagram .

Hello Maryam , your order has been delivered today . It takes atleast 3-5 days for any order placed within usa to be delivered . your order was placed via facebook or instagram portal and tracking has been automatically updated there .. if you open your Facebook or instagram order summary , tracking details are found . Unlike orders placed on website we are not given your details like phone number to communicate with you . Thanks
