It’s been over a week and my order still hasn’t shipped. Shipping label was created 5 days ago but tracking shows that USPS still does not have it.

I ordered a sample of Creed Aventus and Tom Ford Tobacco Oud. when my order arrived, I saw creed Aventus and Oud Wood. Obviously, I am disappointed for being lied to and having my money taken.

Terrible customer service and extreamly slow shipping, ordered 6 days ago and still has not shipped. Sent an email and was told it would ship 3 days ago and nothing, on top of that when it does ship do not expect tracking to update you. Lastly I recieved a previous shipment from them and had the same issues and 4 of them would not spray, I reached out and they did make that right. I will never buy from this place again

My order was never shipped. I placed my order and 4/2/24 and quickly received an email stating my item was being shipped. Since then the USPS status has been that they are waiting on the package to arrive for shipment. USPS never received the package from them. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. Browsing this site it is clear they have done this to many, many people. It seems more and more likely that this is just a scam. I will be contacting the FTC and Florida Attorney General's office if they do not respond and resolve my issue.

Shipping is taking painfully slow Placed my order on April 1st and usps had been telling me it’s been in preshipment since April 2nd. It’s now April 8th and I have received 0 updates.

You guys didn't send a bottle again PDM Greenley, 4 mistakes on 3 orders in few months about 15-20% error rate so far when ordering from this company. Customer service is nice but somewhat lacking in timing. So far every order has been made right, but the headache is not worth it . Too many competitors to keep dealing with this problem

My order was canceled and they never told me why.
