DecantXReviews of decantx.com

Great service ,fast shipping ,efficient customer service and also great variety of products to buy which are real

I had made a recent purchase on February 28th and was expecting 2-5 business day shipping as it was stated. I am now looking at a delivery date of March 10th. This is working on being double the expected delivery date and very disappointing. Edit: They reached out and made things right and I adjusted star rating accordingly

Great service!! Customer service was fast, and were very kind!

Decant X is always my go to when I am interested in sampling and trying a new fragrance. Their customer service is top notch, their packaging quality is thorough and secure, and their shipping time is typically faster than any other decant site I’ve used, even sites I like to work with. Highly recommended!

Great value

I’ve had several orders form decantx and they have all been good. It’s great being able to try out scents without having to buy a whole bottle, it’s also great to get samples of really expensive colognes. They have a wide variety of scents and usually have promotions going on. The packaging is always secure and shipping is regular, only time I’ve had long shipping times is when they run big promos or holidays which is understandable. Decantx is my go to for cologne samples.

Minor issues with delivery but that was totally delivery companies fault. Anna helped me a lot, she responded quickly, contacted the delivery company, so I got my order fast. Very nice perfume. I always wanted to try this smell but was not ready to pay full price, so a sample is a good option.

DecantX is one of two decanting services I actually trust. Their prices are usually unbeatable, they reward regular customers and their customer service is fantastic with under 24 hr email response times. My only gripe is that the shipping they use is painfully slow, but I also understand it's how they pass savings on to us.
