DecantXReviews of decantx.com

Vast selections from many of the most popular houses. Expect shipping to take a little longer than the norm.

Great company.

I Have been using DecantX for a few years, they have a great selection on all variety of fragrances, their prices are the best, plus they don't charge you for shipping !!! if you have any issues they are happy to correct them fast ! With a lot of choices out there you can trust DecantX to give honest prices and excellent packaging as well as customer service ! Hope they stay around for awhile to keep me smelling my best !! Thank you again DecantX 💓

I had some problems with my first order. After I ordered I was informed that one item was out of stock. I was given the option to make another selection or get a refund. I chose to just replace that item. My package shipped, but then it sat at a usps facility for over two weeks. I contacted decant x about this and they ended up shipping a new order with the items I originally ordered and expedited it, plus two free items just for the inconvenience. The company handled the problem with great customer service. Anna was especially very responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely be ordering from this company again and recommending them to others.

I usually do not leave reviews but this website is the best for decants. Authentic and reliable, with lots of variety to choose from and the latest scents like palatine etc. the customer service is excellent as I had an issue with one of my decants and they responded quickly and sent a new shipment the next day!
