Got free decant fast shipping

I loved my scent it was perfect and got delivered well and on time, will be ordering again thank you.

I discovered Decantx about two years ago via Justin Copeland on youtube. My purchasing experiences have been exceptionally pleasing. I received a shipment of several decants and one had leaked a bit upon opening the packaging. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they replaced the leaking decant. They only asked that I provide a photo in the event it happened again. I just recently missed adding a discount code during my checkout. I immediately reached out to explain my error and they refunded me for discount amount! It was Anna whom handled this matter. I really appreciate their quality and above all the great customer services! Oh, the free shipping is a huge plus as well. I highly recommend Decantx! Thanks to all.

Received my order much earlier than expected, it must have been shipped same day as ordered. The 5ml bottles were all full and lids secured with tape. Also nicely labeled. Unfortunately my girlfriend is not a fan of the colognes that I picked, (I am, so they are work colognes). But it’s not an issue, i am ordering more samples.

I received what I paid for in a timely manner. Everything was packaged nicely. Thanks DecantX for being professional
