Terrible. The worst shipping ever.

Horrible company. They said they shipped my order out. More than 10 days later and the tracking shows USPS never picked up my order. I contacted them a few times regarding this. They wouldn’t do the right thing and reship my order. Clearly my order was lost. Stay away from this company bc if something goes wrong they’re going to give you the runaround. Now I have to call my credit card company and file a chargeback. I will never shop with them again!

I tried 3 times purchasing from this store. My orders kept getting cancelled all the time. I finally gave up. Hoping to find another store where I can purchase my perfumes.

Unfortunately, my order has not arrived yet. I know it's already in Mexico, but it hasn't reached me. Please check with your suppliers to find out where the order is and avoid using the public mail system in Mexico because it's prone to losing packages. I am awaiting your kind response. Attached is a photo of where the package was last.

Out of three items ordered, one came with a faulty atomizer cap. I sent support an email immediately after opening it. After about three days and multiple emails and calls, I finally got a reply. Support sent a replacement atomizer, but it arrived smashed and broken because they sent it in a soft pack and it was the wrong size. I emailed them immediately again. That was Saturday, today is Monday night and I haven’t received a reply yet.

I never got my package.

Still trying to contact them about my order when you call them it's say a Google account which always means it's a scam

I placed 2 orders with their shop on the Shop app on September 6th and September 7rh a shipping label was created and since then NOTHING. My orders never made it to USPS. I have emailed them 4 times and called them. They didn’t pick up the phone but emailed me right after I called and sent me the same form letter response they send every time with no real solution or purpose. I’ve even reached out to them on their Instagram page. Nothing! Nothing has been done about my order and I am unable to reach anyone there. So I’m out my 2 orders and over $60. These orders were for my son’s homecoming, which is makes the situation even that more infuriating.
