Austin was incredibly professional, thorough and patient with me. He took the time to answer all of my questions (I had a lot) and put me at ease. Unrelated to Austin's customer service, the online portal is a little cumbersome and could use some alterations to make it easier (in my opinion) to navigate. Also, there were some oddities where the price of service fee changed at random by $1 more. Granted it's just a dollar but its the principle. Overall a good first time experience using this kind of service.

After joining and making my 1st payment I received a letter from 1 of my credit card stating that debt helper did not send my payment on time. Not a good way to start out!!

I still get letters from Fortiva and Premier Bank telling me i am behind in my payments.

In the beginning of plans, re-aging of accounts takes about 3 cycles or 90 days to re-age or report the account as current. If it's longer than 90 days it's possible COVID-19 is delaying their reporting. If you continue to receive letters after 90 days, please contact customer service directly so that they may contact the creditors for you. We are ready to help.
