Rey is an asset.
Rey was informative and helpful. Never showed any sign of frustration. Did not make me feel inferior for having money trouble, which is a very graceful thing. He is an asset for sure. He was communicative and I appreciate the ease in which this process was begun. The program itself beat out a couple of others I was researching, but Rey put Debt Hammer over the top.

Really disappointed after speaking with…
Really disappointed after speaking with Catherine. After taking my information and reviewing my debt she just stated that had everything she needed. She proceeded by saying I would receive a text and fill out the forms on the website, then hung up. I got a text with a link to apply for different loan companies. Not helpful at all!

Rey was very friendly and personable
Rey was very friendly and personable. He explained everything in a concise manner that was understandable and reassuring. He allowed time for questions and answered them fully. He helped me to understand what to expect in the coming weeks as I start my journey as well as over the next few years which definitely helped with the anxiety of the whole situation. I got myself into a hole that was going to be VERY HARD for me to dig myself out of, and Debt Hammer has come alongside me to start digging.

Cathrine was extremely helpful and explained the whole process clearly she also followed up a few days after we talked to see if I had any questions about the process or welcome kit I will highly recommend her
