Great customer service
I worked with Amber. Although i ultimately went another direction, she was extremely informative and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get rid of debt. Thanks again Amber!

After months of debating on what to do…
After months of debating on what to do and the uncertainty of dealing with my financial situation, I finally took the plunge and set an appointment with Debt Hammer. Josh was the Counselor assigned to me and he was very helpful, non judgmental and supportive. He helped me find solutions, and gave me the pros and cons of each possible resolution to my financial problem. He answered all my questions and still is very supportive after I started my program.

Excellent experience
Evanne was knowledgeable, pleasant, and very thorough in our interactions. The process itself seems to be very very streamlined, easy to understand, and I think it's going to be very effective.

I worked with Shaun and he was great
I worked with Shaun and he was great. I was extremely hesitant to make that initial call, and having to talk to a person about my situation. Shaun put me at ease, very open, transparent communication. He never made me feel like I was less than important. Shaun explained every step of the process along the way. He made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Shaun

Seeing you company while online l…
Seeing you company while online l filled out a form with All my info and within 15 minutes, I received a call back from Ray he is so in tune with his job. He explained to me everything that I was needed to know to see if I was wanting to do this debt resolution with your company. Ray is a great member of this company because he got everything handled for me within 40 minutes. I hope that all employees are as good as Ray and I feel they will be. Thank you so much Ray for knowing your job and knowing how to conversation with people and getting the job done in a fast manner.
