Please don't fall for what they promise
This company did not come even close to resolving my debt for the promised amount. In the end, they wanted me to sign to settle my debt for the full amount owed to the MCA's AND pay them 40% on top of that. When I started discussing this with them, they stopped work on my file, but will not return any funds to me nor will they pay the MCA's per the agreements. The staff is unprofessional. I found them to be worse to work with than the MCA's themselves. When I stopped working with them, I resolved the MCA's on my own. In two cases, I was able, with one phone call, to negotiate a lower settlement than they were. Don't fall for their verbal promises, rather read the contract, which holds them to nothing, and don't sign with them.

I paid and sent money over 2 weeks ago
I paid and sent money over 2 weeks ago. I learned to day all the liens are back in full force. I can not get anyone to call me back as was said by the companies whoes debt they were settling. The person who I thought was legit has a number that is no longer working. I have no other choice but to file bankruptcy.

Whatever you do, read your agreement and know that you can cancel within 3 days but you will not get any money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO AT ALL COSTS
My company was approached by DCG on April 2nd 2024. The call representative stated that they could help halve or lessen our payments to our creditors. While we did not need any assistance as we are financially healthy, their sales pitch of putting the saved money back into the business was very appealing and we agreed to go through with their process.
Let me state that their call representative stated that no fees or charges would be paid by us, they would get their fees via the settlement by the creditors.
Once you finish the call with the call representative you are then passed onto a woman named Gigi who explains a little bit of the process and starts to open a case file for you. Once your case is opened, it is passed onto a case manager by the name of Alondra.
She then will ask you to call your bank and stop any ACH payments to your creditors. They want you to do this because defaulting on your loans will give them negotiating power to settled your overall debt. However your credit worthiness will be trashed, your creditors may incur fees and you may even face litigation pretty much running your business.
From here on out you will receive a debt settlement agreement that I assume most do not read in its entirety since they tend to catch you during the busy part of your day and they do rush you. Well if you read this agreement, you will understand that they want you to pay them a weekly fee that is then supposedly deposited into an account that will be used to settle your total debt. This fee is immediately withdrawn from your account via ACH. The agreement also states that "Effects of Participation in a Debt Resolution Program: Failing to make your payments to your Creditors may be breaking the terms of agreements with your Creditors, and (a) will likely adversely affect your creditworthiness, credit report, and credit score, and (b) may lead creditors to increase finance charges, add late fees, and pursue litigation or other legal collection actions. Any such creditor contact should be referred to Company. Forgiveness or cancellation of some or all Debt, and the amount of such forgiveness or cancellation may have tax consequences and should be brought to the attention of a tax professional."
"Advice Rendered: You agree that we do not provide legal, tax, or bankruptcy advice."
Basically you agree to ruin your business and that they are not responsible and will not help in any way.
Thankfully there is a cancellation clause and period:
"Cancellation/Rescission Period: You have the right to terminate this Agreement
for any reason for three (3) calendar days from the day of execution of this Agreement."
On April 5th, I called and emailed and had my case/file terminated. I then asked for a refund and was given another document which was a refund settlement agreement that basically was just giving me a portion of what they originally withdrew from my bank.
I did not see any reason why I should accept a settlement when no services were provided, I cancelled within 3 calendar days, there is nothing in any document that states the fees are non-refundable if you cancel within the cancellation period so this was what I told Alondra but they keep sending me the document hoping I will sign it because some refund is better than none right? Well so is leaving an honest and factual terrible review of their services and their shady business practices.

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!
SECOND UPDATE: this company has been a complete nightmare!!! They took all the payments I made and never made a single payment to my original debtor - and not a single penny was refunded to me - even after I got sued by the original lender.
UPDATE: after PAYING this company thousands of dollars, the original lender ended up filing a lawsuit against me. So I had to hire an attorney (an extra fee), obtain an payment agreement (which is what I had originally hired this company to do, and they never did), and ended up with a negative credit reporting -- when all along I was making payments and this company did NOT advocate on my behalf.
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!!
COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!! When I started working with them they told me they could settle for an amount that would have saved me a little over 20K. I started making all the required payments. I let them know that I was ready to negotiate a lump sum payment with my debtor. They did NOTHING! Every time I asked for the ledger showing my payments, I never received the correct numbers. Eli sent me one set of numbers, Gigi sent different figures, and at the end all the numbers they sent over were different. Now, my business is on the verge of being sued and my credit is ruined (the original debtor charged off the debt - even though I have made every single payment to DCG) because they have done NOTHING to help me settle the case. Now their only options are to pay the full amount of the original debt -- with the original payment plan or pay a very reduced amount of the debt in a lump sum.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. They will tell you they can settle for a certain amount. Make you sign the contract, then come back and say they need more money. They also work very slowly and won’t communicate effectively with you. Had liens placed on accounts. Couldn’t make payments because and had to close. They just stop negotiating with the companies and didn’t say anything. Started off taking payments on Tuesday and then randomly changed to Friday. Told me that they could do that if wanted. All my deposits are made on Monday and Tuesday from the weekend.

This company is a scam!!!
This company is a scam!!!! They make many promises and low ball to get your money and state that is in escrow. then when you cannot pay they take your money and refuse contact. Furthermore they do not have an attorney, but a quack that sends one sentence email to creditor and nothing further.
