Very polite and also had all the information that I needed.

Alondra was a great representative. She was amazing with communication.

Alondra has been such a help through the process. She is always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Debt Consultants Group and Alondra as your case manager.

I’m honestly disappointed that the rating scale only goes up to five stars—Alondra deserves ten. She was exceptional on every level. She consistently returned calls, responded promptly to all of my questions and concerns, and kept me informed about what to expect throughout the process. Alondra is truly a valuable asset to your firm.

Alondra is very informative and responsive.
