McKena was absolutely fabulous. I received a call and I was very rude to the initial young lady, which she very softly and intelligently explained to me the reason for her call. After listening to her I was transferred Mckena, who was so very excellent at her job and how she explained everything in detail, as a real person, not as robot reading from a script. The complete process was great, never pressured me, just was as pleasant and understanding as anyone could be.
