Tim was very helpful and explained the process clearly so that I would understand. He gave me helpful tips on what to do next, such as turning off autopay, and how to upload documents that credit cards companies might be sending me.

Devin Kelley helped me. He explained everything step by step. He understood how anxious and nervous I was as this is a new thing for me. He informed me that I could contact him or customer service should I have any concern/concerns. I am trying to get my friends to contact Devin so they too can get the help when they are ready. I answered a call today and wasn’t sure why because I never answer calls with unknown number to me but I’m glad I did. I agreed to terms today and will be starting next month. I’m still a little unsure how this will work but Jessica S. made me feel at ease. She walked me through the process and was understanding. I’m relieved to know I will be head above water again with debt resolution. Thank you!

So far, I am happy with their assistance. The downside is that you have to let your accounts default, in order for them to negotiate your debt for you with the creditors. Also, will affect your credit score. But if you have a little bit of patience, it’s a win. You get your debt reduced and eventually, your score will go back up

So far so good, still have no idea how this is ended up but it brings me a lot of hope because I just started the program. The customer service made everything so easy and clear.To be honest they are very helpful I'm very grateful for them but then when it comes with the process it's a bit frustrating but of course everything comes with the price, understandable! But overall everything looks fine and I'm hoping for the best and thank you so much for the help.

I was struggling paycheck to paycheck when I found this program. Zach was incredibly kind, reassuring and informative. I signed up feeling like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Then I freaked out and canceled. Then called Zach and he listened to every single fear and talked it out with me. I’m glad I stayed and will update once I’m further in my journey.
