Super helpful.

I worked with Erica yesterday and today. She was very professional , understanding and non judgmental, which meant a lot to me over the embarrassment I saw facing. She assured me the company was not like other companies I’ve dealt with and list $ with no resolution, only more anxiety and stress. I will work with someone on Monday to set up my portal account and we will begin my journey. I already feel less stress and have good hopes for my financial future.

I’m just starting out in the program, during the awkward phase. We had lots of questions. The staff has been outstanding with me, they have touched base with me several times to make sure I knew how the process worked, any questions I may have, and advice on how to proceed. They have already given me peace of mind, knowing that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

So far, so good… The process to get started with Americor was quite easy. My advisor explained all of the options, how the process works and completely understood that I wanted to take some time to think about it before committing. My advisor, and the intake team were both were all extremely professional and answered every question in great detail. I already feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.
