Oscar is fantastic! he made the entire process smooth and easy. I initially approached this consolidation with fear, and he made it simple and comfortable. I had previously interviewed other companies, and they were bland, stupid, slow, and ineffective by comparison. I am greatly relieved that I chose Americor and that Oscar answered the phone. The next day I spoke to another Americor reps when I was unable to reach Oscar the next day, and, though she was correct, she made everything sound more complicated and created more anxiety for me. I was supposed to send the paperwork to some office in California. What if it never got there. Thank goodness Oscar answered the phone when I called back again. I was traumatized. I am 77 years old and my life is just falling in on me. Oscar had me send the remaining paperwork right to him. He said he would take care of it. I calmed down and all was well again. It was meant to be. I had an Uncle Oscar, who was my favorite uncle, and Oscar said he has a dachshund, and so do I!!! Oscar is a great representative and sales person for your company. You keep that guy!

Our rep Mary Jo was very patient with us and answered all our questions. She explained things in terms we understood and called us back the next day when we needed time to make our decision. Wish we had joined months ago!
