Although I was somewhat uneasy at the beginning of my conversation with the representative, I was soon made to feel comfortable. She explained everything, pros and cons clearly, and patiently answered my questions. With each representative I’ve talked to, I have felt more and more confident with my decision to take part in this debt repayment program.

Tim Scanlin was great! I was at my wit's end. Tim and I talked for over 3 hours with me explaining how I got where I am and he informed me of hardship relief. I had No idea.
