This was such a great experience. I went into it fearful, ashamed and incredibly troubled at the thought that I’ve failed in my finances. Joline was not only empathetic but also made sure I understood that sometimes, there simply is no getting out from under on our own. She is super easy to work with, brings some lightness to a heavy situation. The way things are set up sets me up for a positive outcome. There is a lot of information but it’s brought in a way that’s easy to understand. No more pit in my stomach.
