The people are helpful and polite. I did not get the full verbal explanation of the monthly fee, but it may have been in the paperwork emailed to me that I did not read in full detail. I am new to the company and cannot comment more as of now.

Remy Rogers was very patient with me. My situation involves 2 other people. He was understanding that I needed to speak with them. Mr. Rogers did not force me to sign with the company. The process was very easy to sign up.

Mark Turner is very knowledgeable on the process and was able to answer all my "what if" questions. He wasn't one of those high pressure used car sale personalities which was very much appreciated. He gave me all the information I needed to do my own research and thought process setting up appt after the long Thanksgiving weekend. He also gave me his contact info so I was able to leave message with a questions which he was then prepared to answer Monday morning. It was how Mark Turner interacted with me on the personal level that meant the most. There was no fake platitudes or empathy, he treated me with the upmost respect, understanding & intelligence. Like many other Americans since covid, it's been a struggle to meet minimal responsibilities and basic needs

Mr.Drew was the absolute best he explained everything in detail and also allowed me to open up to him about a lot of things I been going through in life. I highly recommend them
