I figured I would give this a try for a friend's birthday and the song turned out amazing! Will definitely be getting more in the future.

My husband purchased a song for my birthday, there was a small error in one lyric and when he asked to rectify he had to pay again .. but one month later they have taken a subscription of $59 out of his account 😮!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!

I recently came across an advertisement on Facebook offering custom song creation services. Intrigued, I signed up for a song, filled out all the necessary information, and specified my preferences for the song. Unfortunately, I never received the song I ordered. Upon reaching out to customer support, they attempted to assist me but found no record of my song in their system. They suggested I create a new song, but required me to pay again. Given the situation, I informed customer support that I would prefer a refund, as this issue has persisted for 12 days without resolution. However, I was informed that they do not provide refunds, but offered a goodwill gesture of a 50% refund instead. I find this unacceptable, as the service they promised was not delivered.
