I made three songs which I am absolutely over the moon about. Due to some confusion with the process on the app/websites I ended up with 3 songs and a whopping $160.00 bank charge. I immediately contacted dearmelodies through their contact option and they immediately got back to me (this was 3am my time) whoever was emailing me looked at my account and made everything better. There was no arguing, there was no making me feel stupid for my errors and they understood that the process was a little confusing. They broke down the charges and explained it to me like I was a human being, not he idiot that I am lol. The company refunded me and did it with respect, I will be doing more business with them, and I recommend using this service as it puts your words and feelings into a melody that hits you right in the feels for whoever you send it too!

Me encanto que con pocas palabras que uno le da, puedan crear una canción como si conocieran la historia. ¡¡¡Felicidades!!! excelente la calidad, la voz, la música bastante profesional. Al principio tuve dudas, pensé que sería una estafa, pero quedé sorprendida con el resultado y la pronta respuesta. Lo volveré a ocupar para otra ocasión

I signed up and attempted to create a song. Imagine my excitement when I was notified that my song was ready much sooner than the site said it would be. My partner and I have always communicated through music so I was anxious for him to hear an original song about us. I clicked the link saw the title, read the lyrics and thought it was perfect. Unfortunately when I hit play, nothing happened. I tried again and again, then contacted support (not an easy task), I was told that my song did not generate and to try again. I didn't know I had 2 songs in the making. I was upset but I knew I would get at least 1 back. My issue was never resolved, and when I contacted support again I was told that my subscription had been cancelled and that I would not be getting reimbursed!!! I am outraged at the fact that they did not supply the service I paid for and did not even try to find a solution. I've read so many positive reviews, why did I have to be the one to be burned by this site??

Awesome. Got it within a couple hours and the songs were sooo good. I made one for my Daughter and it actually made me cry hearing it. Put in all the parts I wanted and it sunded fantastic.

My expectations were not very high when I put in the information about my wife and I. A song for her on her birthday. When I listened to this song the first time I was absolutely blown away. I feel there was nothing they could have done to make it any better.on a scale of 1 to 5 this song is a 10. They have gained a customer for life.
