Dear Apothecary is an independent, family-owned supplement company based in Vista, California. The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. They answered questions before I ordered the product. It didn't work for me, and I let them know why. They returned all my money promptly and were courteous throughout.

Email support with your order.
I get emails specific to what I have ordered explaining what to expect and how to maximize results with timing, dietary changes and activity changes. These emails come on a weekly basis explaining what to expect next and what foods will maximize results and what foods will hinder results. You don’t just get a bottle of pills you get support along the way.

Exceptional Customer Service!
Haven't used their product yet but the support I received from Lisa was amazing! Very quick response time and answered all my questions about the product with a very friendly and accommodating style. She also adjusted an order for me immediately to provide a greater discount on additional product. Hope the product works for me (I have heard great things from multiple sources about their collagen capsules) because I already love doing business with DearApothecary.

I have been using the Sea Moss for…
I have been using the Sea Moss for about 4 days now and I have seen a major difference in my energy and overall well being. I don’t take pharmaceuticals, so I am over the moon at finding something that is actually helping me. I had been struggling with energy and being able to focus but not any longer.

The supplements that I have ordered…

Magnesium 5
I have been struggling with being able to fall asleep and getting my mind to shutdown . Since starting the Magnesium 5 supplement I have been able to now fall asleep fairly fast and actually rest. It was definitely a great choice for my body. Customer service has been great and my order was shipped in a timely manner and delivery was fast. Great product!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Had a delvery issue that was resolved within 24 hours and an almost immediate reply to my emailed concern. Looking forward to trying the supplements and future orders with Dear Apothecary.
