Pot Casserole Cocotte version With Glass Lid I got few months ago a bunch of saucepans, casseroles and fryer pans to complete a set. They are good however i got burn with one of the casserole (the ones with short holder) I just want to let you know that there is a hazards with those ones,the other ones with large holders are perfectly fine . I sended pics of the casseroles with that issue via email without any answer back. I have to continue using it with extremely cautious now it should be a warning to use this product. I will have to buy additional silicone handlers to avoid future injuries. That's a shame!

Let me start off by saying I do like my casserole pan. With that said I just used my D&W 4.2qt low casserole 11' pan only to feel the very hot screws on the handles. I was hopping this pan was able to be lifted off the stove by the two side handles. Im sorry to say I was very disappointed. Is there a way of picking up my dish with out gloves or is this just the way this pan was designed? I wish I knew the handles needed gloves to pick up the dish before I made this purchase.

Beautiful cookware that heats quickly. However, over time, I have noticed that the aluminum on the bottom of the pot is coming off. When I wash the pots, I find aluminum all over the sponge! I can’t imagine that this is safe. We are throwing out the 2 pots we have.

I own a lot of D&W cookware, which is all only a few years old. It’s been excellent, until recently when the finish of my favourite D&W stir fry pan - which was not at all cheap - begun flaking off into the food. All fair and well being non-toxic (allegedly) but that shouldn’t happen to a high quality pan after just a few years, even with regular use. My other pans and cookware don’t get nearly as much use, but seriously concerned that I made a mistake by investing in D&W. It looks great, but at that price point, I’d expect it to last into double-digit years at least. Admittedly, if I made crap cookware, I also would be reluctant to offer any warranty whatsoever — which is the case with D&W unfortunately.

Needed a new pan for my induction hob and after scouring the internet for a replacement became very confused with the pricing and quality of pans out there. Do I spend oodles of dosh on an upmarket brand such as Le Crueset or go cheap and cheerful. Eventually decided on this brand in an 18cm option from TK Maxx. Looked good from the outset but first cooking not as impressive. First of all, it took AGES to heat up. I began on a low heat and after 5 minutes barely luke warm. So I increase the heat to medium... after a further 5 minutes, lukewarm at best. Further incremental increases made small improvements so in goes my eggs to poach. Overall not impressed with the performance. It may be compatible with induction hobs but the thickness of the base slows down the heat transfer.

Very curious no option for photos. Especially giving my experience where the skillet could not withstand very basic usage heat, notice the peeling after making a hamburger last night. I will be visiting a physician to discuss possible poisoning from the coating ingested. Purchased mine at either TJ Maxx or Marshalls, which is known for selling irregulars or slightly defective/barely noticeable defects.

Terrible product, purchased pan and handle came off after few uses, thread for bolt to reattach is worn so completely useless now. No reply from “customer service”

Don't buy this cookware. I bought several D&W skillets and pots from home goods to use at my current home with electric cooktop. Just moved to a home with induction, and this cookware is not compatible, even though it's stamped on the bottom of each piece that it is able to be used with induction. What a waste of money! Tried calling the number on the website and it won't even ring. This company is a joke. Don't buy their products.
