Couldn't have asked for better people to work with , Josh and Benny secured a loan for my company despite not having credit credit. They had lower interest rates than everyone else as well . Thanks guys look forward to Future business .

JOE HARRIS WAS THE BEST TO WORK WITH. I HAD BEEN MISLED BY ANOTHER FUNDING AGENCY AND WAS A LITTLE UNEASY ABOUT APPLYING. JOE KEPT ME UP TO DATE THROUGH ALL STAGES OF THE PROCESS; MAKING SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH ALL MY OPTIONS. JOE HELP ME CONSOLIDATE OTHER SMALL BUSINESS LOANS WERE I HAD BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF INTO ONE PAYMENT. HE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND I GREATLY APPRECIATE HIS HELP AND TIME HE GAVE ME. Fantastic, responsive, helpful service for small businesses!
Both Joe Harris and Benny Caban were tremendously helpful. They both answered emails, texts, and phone calls beyond business hours. We appreciate their personal service. This is our 2nd loan with them, as they are one of very few lenders that will work with small businesses and help find a loan program that works best for their client. Joe and Benny are beyond fabulous in their quick responses and positive attitudes. We know that they will always help us when we need working capital and will do it with a smile!

Did they close down??
I am beyond frustrated. After submitting my questionnaire online, I received phone calls practically within minutes from 4 different reps. I called one back and she hooked me up with a specialist. I thought things were going very well, he was extremely forthcoming with what the process would be like and how long it would take, what documents were needed, etc. I gathered my documents and sent them over immediately. Since then I have emailed my specialist, as well as the initial rep who contacted me. Left several voicemails for them, and finally tried to call the main line on the website just to try to get ANYONE to get back to me. Keep in mind that all I was trying to do was find out if my documents made it through. It's been 7 days with not ONE person getting back to me. This has quickly become the WORST customer service experience I've had.
