The company its a scam
The company its a scam, they just want your information. Once that got it they wont call you back. Stay away !!! Im updating this review in bas of the response that they don’t have a file. Yes you do Chris Wallace took all my information. I guess stay away from the company and Chris Wallace

AJ the one that's been contacting me is…
AJ the one that's been contacting me is very rude. "Pick up the phone!" Asked him to email me on a call where he said "No, Ain't no way" Very unprofessional in my opinion. Needs to be trained again on how to speak professionally and with politeness

Did they close down??
I am beyond frustrated. After submitting my questionnaire online, I received phone calls practically within minutes from 4 different reps. I called one back and she hooked me up with a specialist. I thought things were going very well, he was extremely forthcoming with what the process would be like and how long it would take, what documents were needed, etc. I gathered my documents and sent them over immediately. Since then I have emailed my specialist, as well as the initial rep who contacted me. Left several voicemails for them, and finally tried to call the main line on the website just to try to get ANYONE to get back to me. Keep in mind that all I was trying to do was find out if my documents made it through. It's been 7 days with not ONE person getting back to me. This has quickly become the WORST customer service experience I've had.
