Does anyone know if there is contact number for this company. I ordered a showerhead about a month ago and still have not received the product. How do I get my money back or at least report them to the better business bureau.

I purchased a "heated" vest a month ago since it was being advertised as last day for 50% off. Well a month later it's still being advertised this way. The vest arrived, a medium for a very small person and they couldn't even close it around them. And it was to come with a battery pack that could be charged and put in the pocket for the heat and that was missing. I was told I could return it but it will cost me over $100 to return a $31 vest !! This is going in my Goodwill pile. Horrible company.

DO. NOT. BUY!!!! They own dozens of fake websites. Make sure you don't buy from any of them. Never got my order.

I recently purchased an Ultra-Safe Magnetic Phone Case I didn’t realize this was a Chinese company selling cheaply made products. The case shattered in a week. Not at all as sturdy as they advertised. I will not buy from this company again.

Update! I still ha haven't received my item that I ordered on November 30th. Today is December 31st. I emailed the email address that I finally found, and they have blocked me surprise surprise!!!! I'm out a few bucks.....but it's wrong.

Highly recommend not ordering from this website. Shipping details are no where close to being accurate. Ordered the product on December 10th and still haven't received it 20 days later. It looks that it will still be at least another week if not more before it arrives. The only way to contact the company is thru email and it is nearly impossible to get a response. Save your time and money!! Would have given it 0 stars if that was possible.
