They received my money on December 4 for three heated vests for Christmas presents. It is now January 17, I still have not received them. I emailed, got a response 3 days later, and was sent a shipping email that made no sense. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY..

I’m writing to say that I got scammed too, I ordered something I’m Dec. 29, 2019 and still don’t have my product. I sent them an email and they said they would look into it, that was 4 days ago. I hope people will read the reviews before buying. I am also encouraging all on this review site to file a complaint with the BBB and to name Pinterest in the complaint since they allow crooks like this on their site.

I ordered the deep tissue massager on Dec 23rd and I’ve yet to receive my order or a response to my numerous emails. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I only wish that I had read these blogs before ordering. I want my money back or product order #21907, complaint #49675.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a phone case for my son for Christmas on December 6 and I got there 2 weeks after Christmas. I contacted my credit card company and they looked into it and I just received a letter stating my credit card company credited my account. The phone case is so flimsy and cheap. They take 5 to 6 days to respond to you even after you respond right back to them. Horrible horrible horrible do not order from them. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned

Should have read reviews before getting ripped off ! Ordered December 3, now January 16..received nothing after numerous e-mails..saying must be lost in transit...blame it on the other guy of course ! Told them I wanted refund..told me they will resend & then I can return it for refund ! Seriously? Still waiting..definitely a scam to get your money...

LD13222 Where is my order? I ordered a fluffy blanket and received a scary T shirt. Your telephone number does not work and no one is responding to the email. I see this is a common practice. Not a mistake. SEE REVIEWS OF THIS STORE!! I WANT MY MONEY OR MY ORDER!!! SCAM!!!!!!
