Deals All YearReviews of dealsallyear.com

Each time I have ordered from Deals All Year, I have spoken with someone on staff. No other company is this accessible. Stephen W. was knowledgeable, positive and simply a joy to speak with. The photographic tools I orderer were top class products. I got the right thing, for the right price and had a great experience in the process. I look forward to doing business with Deals All Year again and again in the near future.

I called Deals All Year around 5pm and was really in a bind trying to get my camera ordered and delivered to my door by the next day. Steve White was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me solve my problem. He was nice to chat with and even threw in a free gift to go along with my new camera. Steve went the extra mile and helped me tremendously to receive my camera in time to do a shoot only a day after ordering the camera. Thank you so much Deals All Year!!! Without your help, I wouldn't have been able to get my camera on time.

Good prices, good telephone communication. Received the product on time as promised. It worked great!

Some minor issues with PayPal rolled downhill a bit and caused some delay in shipment of my Nikon camera and kit/accessories but Steve White came through and made the deal work to my complete satisfaction. Issues were resolved quickly and professionally with intense emphasis on customer service. Thanks! And I love my new Nikon camera and lens. ds

Good Price, Fast respond. Highly recommend !

My husband, Gary Graham is a photo journalist and wanted to change camera setups. He has been using Nikons for 20 years and had mentioned he was ready to give Canon a try. Since he is very hard to buy for this seemed like a perfect surprise birthday gift! Deals All Year was the third online store I contacted in my search for a Canon 7D Mark II Camera and a Canon EF 24-70mm Lens. Not being a photographer, I only knew the basics of what he wanted. After talking with the first two stores, I had become discouraged. I only had ten days to purchase and receive the camera and they left me feeling unsure and doubtful that they could get me what I needed on my budget. At Deals All Year, I got first Kevin and then Steve White on the line. Not only were they able to explain what Gary would need, but they also offered the best deals and even threw in a car charger, filter and extra battery. By the time I reached Steve, it was almost closing time in New Jersey, but he made certain that I had what I needed in the mail in order to receive it on such a short fuse. He followed through to make certain I had received the order. I couldn't have asked for better service! Way to go Steve. Gary has enjoyed this birthday present! We will definitely return to Deals All Year when he adds to his lens (and camera) collection. Gary Graham/Photo Journalist Baja, Mexico IGFA Representative

It's not easy to know what store you can turn to when you're shelling out over 10k for a single lens. Would the lens be in new sealed condition? Would the company follow up and make sure it arrives in a safe and timely manner? Would they help me with problems after my purchase? It's all about trust. Steve and Deals All Year addressed all those issues even before I mentioned them and in the process earned my trust by making my purchase feel as effortless as buying a pack of gum. It is rare these days to call a company and have the sales cater to you with their undivided attention and patience. If you want to make a purchase with the peace of mind shop at Deals All Year now!

In March 2016 I purchased an expensive new Nikon camera from Deals All Year ("DAY") on E-Bay at a deep discount. Based on the price, I had some concern that DAY might be a ripoff outfit, like some others in the NYC area (esp. Brooklyn) selling high end electronic devices at steeply discounted prices. I'm happy to say that my concern was misplaced: DAY promptly sent exactly the camera I had ordered, and when the first one turned out to be defective (not their fault), they immediately agreed either to provide a full refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, and it was sent out right away and worked perfectly. They provided all the shipping labels and picked up the shipping cost of the return, and even threw in an extra battery and charger to compensate me for the hassle involved. DAY's Customer Service rep Steven White deserves to be singled out for special praise: He was terrific, taking a personal interest in my situation, returning my calls and e-mails even when it was way past business hours on the East Coast, putting everything he promised in writing and fulfilling every promise he made. Thanks in large part to Steven, I would not hesitate to deal with DAY again.
