I was completely impressed with the professional way business was conducted. They made sure that I was 100 percent taken care of. I could honestly say that I have no problem buying more equipment from them. The price of the camera that I purchased was lower than alot of other places. Post sale customer service is what really made me appreciate them. I had an issue with the camera when it came in and they immediately made sure that I got a replacement, with only a few days to spare before I was due to leave on a backpacking trip. Everything shipped fast. I would give a 10 out of 5 stars if I was allowed.

My work needed some cameras for filming and studio shooting, so I did some research and found Deals-All-Year. Although we’ve always buy from Canon authorized dealers, we are on a budget this time. I was a little bit skeptical at first probably because of the company’s name, we decided to give it a try. I ordered a Canon 80D a week ago (which has just arrived), and a 5DSR yesterday. The 80D worked great, however, I had to make some changes to the 5DSR order. My call to Deals-All-Year was answered by Steve (Business Development Manager), who was very quick to make the changes for me, and get the whole process going. I could tell Steve was very busy this morning, and had to put me on hold for a while. However, he got back to me shortly and gave me a full update. Steve even upgraded my shipping just because we had a good chat about business and customer service in general. Coming from a customer service background and cofounding a company, I would give Deals-All-Year a 5 out of 5 rating based on my interaction with Steve. These days we expect products to work perfectly, that’s a given, but what sets a company apart is its customer service. I will highly recommend Deals-All-Year because I will personally shop with them again.

I bought from this company twice during last six months, both on e-bay and directly. My purchases were quite expensive Sony lenses which were delivered promptly to my address.
