Today I received my canon 6d from deals all year! Everything came in on time and exactly as advertised in their site! During the ordering process I called several times with different questions and they were so helpful with explaining everything I needed to know! I was initially very nervous about ordering online and every time a question popped up in my head, Steven graciously answered and never made me feel like I was bothersome! I plan to use them in the future and will recommend them to friends!

I ordered a Canon 5D camera yesterday. I received instant confirmation of my order with a confirmation # AND a follow up phone call. Of course they presented me with a few warranty options and additional items I may have overlooked, but Steve was extremely gracious, kind and not pushy (unlike other low price sites that give you the hard sell to buy other items). They also had the advertised item in-stock and promised to ship it out immediately (again unlike other sites I've had experience with). "Sales and service with a smile" - imagine that... Assuming my camera arrives in a few days, I'd recommend this site for any major purchases.

Very good seller. This is the birthday gift of myself, after I placed the order, the seller told me there is something going on in the shop, but he will do his best to make it to be my birthday gift. Finally he did it with cost a lot of shipping cost. This is a very responsible seller.

I spoke today with Steve of "Deals All Year". I was not a happy camper after spending the previous day photographing the glorious fall beauty of the San Juan Mountains of Southern Colorado and then coming home with a camera bag minus my 24-85mm lens! I racked my brains trying to recall in which aspen grove I might have left it! Steve was most humorous in our conversation regarding replacing my lens. He answered my questions , as well as helping to point out that Bruno the Bear would indeed be using my old lens somewhere in an aspen grove near Telluride. While I would not choose to repeat my foolish mistake, a little humor goes a long way in rectifying an unpleasant experience! Thank you Steve for putting a laugh into my day!

I am impressed with the contact that I have received with deals all year and the attention I am getting from the company and Steve White. I have not received the package yet but will get it on October 4th 2016. I had tried to purchase a Nikon D 7200 from to other companies and the first one fouled up my order twice because of technical problems the second one told me that they had the product the camera that I wanted to buy for a good price. There was no contact from this company and I called them up and they tried to sell me a more expensive camera for more money and said the one I had ordered was not available or wouldn't be available I cancelled my order so I went to "Deals All Year" and I am glad I did! I called Deals all Year to ask about a camera lens. Steve answered the call and was very nice and helpful. I was a little nervous about buying the lens since I haven't ever spent that much on a lens before and I wanted to make sure I would like it. After talking with him and getting the warranty that they offer, I definitely feel much better about it. I also had questions about the warranty and if I need to return it for any reason and he was very helpful.

This was without a doubt the best experience I've had buying camera gear online. With most sellers the line of communication is very indirect and takes days to exchange simple questions and answers. It was the complete opposite with this seller. It was almost like Concierge style service, in which the seller contacted me directly over the phone to go over some details and he answered all my questions. I thought I was just getting a good deal on gear but I got exceptional customer service to go along with it. I will definitely be buying more gear from this seller in the future.

Stephen was very helpful in helping me purchase a lens but more importantly he was able to have me pick it up from their warehouse so I could have it in time. I will definitely purchase from them again!
