excellent service

Most frustrating company. I purchased a lens with them. Ten days later, I called them and asked for a tracking number. They told me that the lens was never shipped out due to a problem with the payment (btw, at this point they had over $700 of mine for over ten days). No one had contacted me, I had to contact them. They said they needed to refund the money (honestly don't know why it took them 10 days and a call from me to realize this). I did receive the refund. When I left a poor review online I was contacted and asked to remove the review... not because they were sorry about my experience or the inconvenience I suffered but because bad reviews would affect their business. After talking to them, they don't seem to be bad people, just very disorganized.

My partner and I have bought 2 upper-end Canon cameras from Deals All Year in the last year. We were initially worried about some of the caveats of re-seller offerings, such as warranty coverage, but the savings were significant, especially when the cameras are well over $2000 even when discounted. After some research we decided to go ahead and purchase a Canon 5d SR about 9 months ago. Deals All Year handled the transaction smoothly and quickly, and we soon had the little thing in our hands. There was practically no time lapsed between our order and receiving the tracking number for shipping, and it hit the depot almost as quickly. The just last week we decided that our old 5d Mk2 needed a refresh, so we went back to Deals All Year and ordered a new 5d Mk4. The savings was significant again, and this time since we plan to take the Mk4 out into the field, we decided to get the 3rd party warranty extension in case of disasters. The price for the coverage was quite reasonable, and the total price of camera and warranty was still significantly less than buying a US version, even with the deepest discounts we could find. Deals All Year had those prices beat, and they even threw in an extra battery for getting the warranty. We received the 5d Mk4 just as quickly as we did the 5d SR, but when we went to register our warranty we discovered that there was a mix up in the coverage terms for the policy we'd received. I was dreading the effort to address this, but I was surprised and very pleased with Deals All Year's handling of the situation. Steven at Deals All Year is not afraid to reach out to customers with problems and was supportive and helpful. He straightened everything out within 24 hours and then called me to make sure I was satisfied. I suspect that we'll remain customers for our next Canon purchases in the future. Steve and Deals All Year are delivering excellent service with great prices and fantastic products...heck enough that I decided to write this recommendation!

Deals All-Year is the perfect place to buy cameras. one thing I like about deals-all-year is their good customer service. when call their employees especially Steve, he will talk to you like he has known you for years. He feel ease from all the anxiety you may have about on line shopping. I have no problem buy anything from Deals-All-year because I know that they will provide me with the best customer service. If you ask them for fast shipping they will do it at not cost, on top to the low price. This is my third purchase, of course if I would have had bad experience the first or the second time I would not make a third purchase from them Above all they help and support the military, as well as a good supply source, which to me as a veteran is very important. Not all on line stores support military. Good job Deals-All-Year supporting the men and women in uniform and those who have served. They also, they are carrying broadcast studio at a major discount. As far I am concerned, this is the best place to buy cameras and video cameras. Had a deadline since I was travelling very shortly. Steve White helped in getting the a7r ii to me within the time I needed. I live in Toronto Canada so I was concerned in case it got stuck somewhere. It arrived earlier than expected and was weel pleased with the camera. So I saved money and received excellent service from Steve White. He even called to make sure I had received it. You can't beat that. Thank you Steve.

I bought a new D810, international model. I decided to call instead of order online. The person was friendly and did try to add some extras but was NOT pushy in any way. I did end up getting the 5 year transferable warranty. An extra battery was included (good to toss in the body I am selling!) and they expedited shipping for two day air. They will ask you how you want to pay early on, this is because they email you an PayPal invoice that you actually pay. So they do not take credit card info over the phone! I thus used PayPal to pay with my debit card. It made things feel much more secure/legit. I would have no problem buying from them again.
