+I have been involved with the photographic equipment industry for over 50 years. In order to maintain pursuit of my passion of interpreting the world as only I see it, I have purchased a lot of equipment over those 5 decades. NEVER, in all that time, have I been contacted by the manager or owner of any of those selling companies before or after the sale. That all changed today. I purchased a Canon 5D S R from DEALS ALL YEAR. I was only able to get such a high quality camera because of their VERY fair pricing of the item. Otherwise, I'd never have been able to purchase the camera of my dreams based on pricing in what I call The Garden of Greed! The frustrating constant in 50 years in the photography industry is the alarming price mark-up by the middle man. That is not the case with Deals All Year, who are profiting fairly but not trying to retire off of one sale! I Upon completing the purchase on-line, I began anxiously awaiting delivery of my jewel when my phone rang. On the other end of the line was Steve White, owner of Deals All Year. He confirmed, then warmly and sincerely thanked me for my purchase. He reiterated details of the content of the sale, and offered to answer any questions I might have about the product [a very complex piece of equipment]. In 50+ years I've never known the industry for anything more than "WHAM~BAM, I've got your money, see ya around". But today this kind, articulate, considerate gentleman who OWNS the company is taking his personal time to make sure my use of the product he sold me is as seamlessly transitioned into my operation as he can possibly make it!!! His 100 and A+ ratings really aren't high enough. This guy is in a league of his own!!! If you desire high quality equipment at incredibly fair prices with superior Customer Service, I would highly recommend doing business with Steve White of Deals All Year!

I first got into Photography and Cinematography when I was working at a church in the media department. I played guitar and drums for close to 6 years and I absolutely fell in love with the process and liberation I felt from being creative. I started to discover how much I was falling in love with media and the creation of it when I was put in charge of just making simple video announcement videos for church every Sunday morning. Each video I made I wanted it to be better than the last one, then one day one of my buddies was standing and we were recording announcements and I just took a random portrait shot and thought “wow, this actually looks really good, what else can I take a photo of?” And from there it just started to build and build to the point where now I’m about to sign my first contract to create promotional contact for a small business and I’m creating new logos for people and I’m taking photos for professional models in my area that like my content and the way I do things. Thank you so much to deals all year for giving me the chance to purchase my first pro series camera at an amazing price! They have helped me put my content a HUGE leap ahead! I will without a doubt be coming back and buying all of my gear from them, they offer incredible prices and you can’t beat the customer service. They’re beyond genuine and kind!

It is always hard to find an honest dealer online, and this one, "Deals All Year" is an exception and stands out as one that I can believe what they advertise and depend on. I was shopping for a Nikon D500. 42nd Street Photo advertised "for $1499 and in stock, ready to deliver in 24-48 hours". I ordered it and shortly received an email, indicating that it was in back order for a waiting period of 4 to 6 weeks. I called and the salesman said that I ordered the international model which carries no warranty and they are out of stock for that; but they have the domestic model which carries a 3 years warranty for $1749 and they do have that in stock. When I talked to Steve from "Deals All Year", he explained to me that there is no such thing as domestic model and international model, because they all come from the same manufacturer. It is just a sales gimmick that some dealers used as bait for sales. He is selling it with 5 years warranty for $1749, which is the same price. So, I cancelled my order with 42nd Street Photo and placed my order with "Deals All Year". I rather do business with an honest company.

I purchased a Canon 5DSR and a G2 Lens from DealsAllYear. I spoke to Steve and had an amazing experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and even made suggestions that provided better equipment at equal the price. He answered all my questions and responded quickly to my emails. Honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever had. Now, my equipment. It arrived in no time and was packaged well. The equipment was perfect, in great condition in it's original box. So I truly believe you are getting legitimate gear, just at a great deal. I will be making several more purchases from here again and again. Update: I have already done several photo shoots using my new gear. I cannot tell you how much better my life is with this new equipment. Had I made this purchase years or even months ago my time in Photoshop or Lightroom would be cut in half. Needless to say the recommendations that were made were truly accurate, and I look forward to doing several more shoots in the very near future and the three back-to-back weekend weddings coming up. Once again I cannot Rave enough about this company and how well Steve did. I already have a list of additional gear to purchase from him. Not because it's needed for this particular camera but just to add to my collection, honestly because they saved me so much on purchasing these items I have the extra to spend. And that is always a photographer's dream.

I am a Skywatcher in Upstate NY. I was looking for a High End Camera to replace my old one and I found Deals All Year. Not only were their prices better than other sites...B & H Photo, Amazon even Ebay, I purchased a Sony A7S Camera. If any issues arose with my Equipment it was resolved in Minutes...Yes Minutes without hassle or runarounds you get elsewhere. Purchasing this Camera has been such an asset not just for myself, but for the thousands of viewers who witness my Live Streams On You Tube with Excitement (BillNY Skywatcher), Viewing Meteor Showers and other Celestial Events. I referred my Friend Marc D'Antonio who is a well known Astronomer, who can be seen on Shows "What on Earth" & NASA Unexplained Files" and He also purchased a Camera from Deals All Year. I use my Camera on a Regular Basis and I had an Issue with My Mini HDMI Input on the Camera Body....I called Steve and Yes the Magic Man Resolved my Camera issue, went beyond to give me all the Warranty Info and Contacts and my Camera is being fixed NO CHARGE! I have been a profesional photographer for about 8 years. My original shooter was a Canon 5D Mark II. It has served me well in the past and has been the reliable shooter that Canon made it out to be, alas it was time to upgrade. I am planning to shoot a romantic comedy - indie move in London and I needed a camera that had the same versatility as the Mark II Being a bootstrapped photographer, I was on the hunt for a 5D Mark IV. At first I was immediatly turned off by the over 3500 dollar price tag that was being listed on Amazon, and other places. So determined to look for a better deal I scoured Ebay. With a few minutes searching, I came across Deals All Year. It was amazing! They were listing the camera over 800 dollars off what some of the other big box retailers were displaying it as. I didn't believe it for a second.... I've been burned in the past by "supposedly" new cameras that were clearly used, or rented out before. Skeptical I gave them a call. Steve picked up, and immediatly talked me off the ledge. He was funny, witty, charming but most importantly of all, he actually cared about the story/movie I was drafting. This was completely foreign to me! How can someone be so nice.... so human. Steve sold me.... in minues I ended up purchasing the camera and he not only one over a sale that day, he one over a life long customer. I will be going back to him for all my future purchases. - Carl
