I bought my Nikon d750 in April 2017 from Dealsallyear on Ebay, and like everyone else who moves onto a full frame, I made a promise myself to protect this camera at all cost, because I was not looking for an upgrade or replace it anytime soon. After a year and half, I finally got my entire set (15-30 Tamron, 24-70 Sigma, and 70-200 Tamron)..then my worst nightmare happened. I was down at the beach one evening, chasing the sunset, when suddenly a huge wave hit my camera in the middle of a long exposure shot. The result: camera would not turn on and mirror was lock (even after leaving it in a bag of rice overnight). Things turned for the worse when I sent in my D750 to Nikon and they were unable to do the repairs. I was prepared to replace my D750 but decided to contact my original seller and see if they could help me. I was nervous about making the call, expecting to be shunned away by customer service, telling me I am out of luck and I am wasting my time. God must have heard my cry for help because he put Steve on the other line. From there on, I could not have felt more reassured. Steve told me that he would personally take care my camera and that I had nothing to worry about. He even told me he could fix at one fix price (no additional pricing if the camera was "extra" damaged) and that he would even have it back to me within a month. I told him I had an urgent trip coming up in a couple of weeks. He told me "no problem". They call him a "Dream Maker" for a reason. I do not even want to call what he does "customer service" because it does not even feel like a business relationship. I could not have asked for a better person to take care of my problems. And I can easily picture myself staying in touch with Steve and trust him with any future complications that I might run into. I give the "Dream Maker" a perfect score for his integrity, his guidance, and his professionalism.

I have dealt with other companies when i look and buy photography equipment, but this company has been the best i have dealt with ever! Great customer service and very nice people! The deals are great compared to other sellers or even amazon, and i have researched many places. Will definitely be buying from them again! When the time came to upgrade my equipment, and in particular my camera, I started looking around at different options. I don’t have a lot of time to go to the city in person and shop around. As I am a great buyer on eBay, I decided to give it a go and compare prices for a 5d Mark IV by canon. To my surprise I found a overseas model brand new camera just under $ 2500. It seemed too good to be true as everywhere else this camera is 3k and over. I read a lot of reviews for deals all year and they were all fabulous. So I wrote to Steve a few times. The responses were super prompt and I immediately got a sense that Steve was the person I would like to buy a camera from. Steve actually has a store in New Jersey you can go to! Not some obscure online provider you might never meet in person. The camera I bought was an overseas model that actually is not covered by the USA canon warranty. I thought I was ok with it as Steve’s company offers a great cover for 5 years ! But Steve took the time to make a personal phone call and explained with great details and patience why as a professional photographer I should spend 300 dollars extra and get a USA model that will be covered by canon USA. He was so knowledgeable and full of insights. Dealing with a merchant that cares about the future of his customers is amazing. I feel confident I will buy a lot more equipment from Steve in the future. Another plus : really easy going with a good laugh and great attitude. I could not recommend Deals all Year more ! As an airline captain I can be a pretty tough customer. I'm very detail oriented. Additionally, since I work in a customer service industry I have very low tolerance for sub-standard performance. This is why it is my privilege and pleasure to write this recommendation for Deals All Year, and sales representative Steven. I recently spoke with Steven while searching for a camera for my daughter. She has just enrolled in a four year university photography program. Her current camera wasn't up to grade and it was time to get her some professional gear. The university recommended the Canon D6 Mark II along with the 24 - 105 mm IS II USM lens. While I used to be into photography in a big way I'll confess that it has been many years since I've dabbled in the sport. Steven was very attentive, helpful and patient in answering my numerous questions. I agreed with his recommendation to go with the North American package including extended warranty - it all made sense. He kindly threw in a few little goodies to sweeten the offering. I appreciated his prompt and detailed emails outlining exactly what we had discussed. The package was shipped on time. Unfortunately, it was delayed enroute by UPS due to weather. Receipt of the shipment was time sensitive for us. Steven attempted to resolve the issue with UPS on our behalf. I was grateful for the timely return of my calls and his willingness to help. One small item wasn't included in the initial shipment (it may have been out of stock). Steven stepped up to the plate and a few days later the missing item graced my doorstep. Later I called Steven with some technical questions about the camera. He returned my call and was very courteous - even though his time spent wasn't going to result in additional revenue. I've had a few days to work with the camera. The images I've captured have blown me away in every way. The only problem is that now I'm thinking I might want the same gear for myself! In reflection, I have to give Steven and Deals All Year a top rating. I feel that I received a fair price, excellent guidance, and outstanding customer service with integrity.
