With this purchase I am a new customer of Deals All Year. My experience has been a very positive one so far and I feel confident that I will not be disappointed once the product arrives.

I'm Samuel, I have a Portrait and Wedding photography business in Florida. I just purchase a Canon 5D Mark IV. Steven did a great job helping me out to make the best decision on my purchase. Great costumer service, always available for any question or concerns that I had. He had a great attitude and positive energy. I'm a happy customer!

Excellent customer service with exceptional communication skills. The personnel at Deals All Year responded all my questions and went above and beyond so I could have all my questions answered, and made recommendations for my specific needs. I recommend this company and I will certainly repeat business.

Steven was very helpful with me on placing my online order for my company. He was very upbeat and helped me to order the right camera by just giving him the camera make. He knows what cameras you have online and is willing to go that extra mile to make sure that we had everything that went with it.

My purchase with Deals All Year was seamless. Last year, I went on safari in central Africa, and my camera stopped working in the middle of the jungle. After this experience, I was determined to buy a solid camera that I could trust. I looked online for a new Canon DSLR and found a deal on the camera at Deals All Year. Steven took it on himself to let me know that the model I was buying was actually an international variant that had certain accessibility issues for North American users just to double check this is what I wanted, and I am so glad that he did that, considering that this is such a big purchase for me. Later, Steve listened patiently as I talked about my experiences and expectations of my camera, and he helped me choose the lenses that would be best for my needs for an upcoming trip to the Amazon. This kind of personalized care is too rare these days. Although we never met in person, I really felt like I had gone through the experience of live shopping. My product arrived on time in pristine condition, and I am excited to buy more in the future. Great deals, great service, great camera!
