Made my first purchase from DealMirrow for RelayThat LTD. Everything went smoothly and I had access to RelayThat. Tested it for a few hours and it was decent, but I found a fair degree of frustration in the inability to really make edits to things (if I could have cropped images and removed/added other backgrounds I would have kept it). The frustration got to me and I emailed for refund a few hours later. Heard back by the next day. Refund was issued.

Pathetic! I had got offer about 3 Months Free Canva Pro. But when I made the purchase, there was no coupon inside to redeem 3 Months Free. I contacted support team, they said the deal was over. If the deal was over then why was I able to make purchase? That's bad. My first impression was bad. First impression is the last impression!

I have placed an order Ocoya Lifetime Deal : Social Media Automations and Insights from Deal Mirror Order ID #78840 on 30th Sep 2021. I had not previously used Deal Mirror and was already using other SAAS deal portals. I was not satisfied with the product so I contacted their customer support department for a refund to there refund support email immediately following the day as per the deal mirror policy, a 30-day return period is allowed. The company sent me an email stating that your order has been refunded, but the refund has yet to be credited to my account. I have raised another ticket about the issue by contacting their support. However, I have not received any response other than this email - "Greetings from DealMirror We have successfully received your query. One of our team members will be in touch with you shortly. Since DealMirror is receiving a high volume of emails, we will request you to be patient. We will try our best to reply you back within 48 hours. " The fact that you keep raising tickets and you never receive an answer to your problem is very sad. When I do not receive the money, even if they sent it to me, they don't bother to even ask me where it got stuck, since I have not received it. There is no other way to communicate. I have raised approx 8 tickets of the same issue but nobody has tried contacting me. One month has passed and nothing has been accomplished. After the review dealmirror support system has contacted me and given me the clariyy that the fault was because of razorpay payment mode it wasn't going forward. Kindly use stripe as the payment gateway. They have refunded me the amount.

I had a small problem with a code but they fix it really fast after I contacted the support. Really good service!

I bought a hosting deal called StartHost Lifetime Deal : Unlimited SSD Hosting for $170. I was looking for unlimited space because my website is composed of lots of video representing 1.5Tb. After uploading 900GB, I received an email saying that I was violating T&C and it was not possible. Dealmirror told me that the refund was not possible because the 30 days refund period had gone. It was 37 days... I can't use the service and can't get a refund even though the terms of the deal are not respected. Unlimited is not Unlimited. It was my first purchase on DealMirror and my last! I am encouraging people to buy on Appsumo if you are looking for real lifetime deal. DealMirror = SCAM
