As a partner, I have to say that I am surprised by all of their members’ behavior-kind, professionalism, and responsible. How kind? Always customer first. For instance, we often offer our regular customers a 30-day money back based on our return policy, but Dealmirror fights very hard, finally getting their customers 60-day money back from us. How professional? A strong team, clear division of labor, and each performs well on their duties. As far as I know, they set up several independent departments for marketing, sales, growth, and customer service(before/after sales), and I connected with most of them, so far, none of them haven’t made me feel this deal site is defrauding both customer and partner's money. How responsible? 1, Great deal price and customer service. Speaking of the great deal price, as long as you compare the price between Dealmirror page and the official, you will know how low it is for the deal price on dealmirror. I see they tried their best to get the lowest price for their fans. For great customer service. I remember there is a customer called Rik..., who feedback to dealmirror’s support team that he cannot activate the license, their support team write it to me immediately, I see there is no time gap from the email time that dealmirror’s support sent. blablablabla, we solved it in some hours. But you know how I feel? I feel that Dealmirror is the one I can rely on and put trust on. 2, They choose their deal software based on strict standards. The software service provider they choose is verified by a wide range of users and authoritative websites. All in all, thank you for taking good care of your customers, glad to see your growth, wish you grow much far and bigger in the near future.

This is an amazing company to deal with. We have account at all the major marketplaces like Appsumo, PitchGround, SaasMantra, etc. I find DealMirror simply is better than others in term of deals and customer support. We have the VIP plan so it helps to save on deals. I have bought deals that proven to be dissatisfying due to vendors changing the terms. DealMirror ensured my happiness by refunding the deal after 1 year, even when it mean it is at a loss to them. This was simply incredible. I recently was very frustrated at Appsumo for selling deals like Texta.ai, obviously a bad deal. However, Appsumo continue to sell this deal, despite the puzzling response from their customers (myself included). I never have this type of experience with DealMirror for the past 4 years. I love the fact that they put customer's happiness at top priority and always vetted their vendors very well.

I also buy from AppSumo and PitchGround. Purchases are mostly fine, but when I want to communicate with support, there is always a problem (the 8-24 hour wait is no exception). That's why I'd like to draw attention to DealMirror. Service during upgrade or problem is faultless. They respond immediately and really care about solving the problem. I give 5 stars.
