Fast shipping and items as expected. One item was broken and was quickly replaced by Deal Genius.

I had an issue with a large order of multiple items being delivered damaged. I had no problem reaching customer service and Ruthie handled everything. I was given the option of a full refund or replacements. Since I purchased the items as gifts, I preferred the replacements. Ruthie assured me that the replacements would be wrapped sufficiently and they all were received in perfect condition, I wouldn't hesitate to order to from them again. It is great to be able to speak with a live person who can handle a problem if one occurs.

Love scrolling thru my morning emails and finding out what deals you have today.. Great customer service and prompt delivery. Miss the morning joke. Can't you bring it back?

I've got some unique and quality items over the years from Deal Genius, from tools to clothes to housewares.Once I got an item the wrong size and they sent me the correct one immediately. Another time I couldn't figure out how to fill the water reservoir in a flat iron and they answered me immediately and showed me a how to video. Customer service is excellent and the quality is very good as are their prices.

Usually, I have a good time seeing what's for sale. This time, the prices on sale pages differed from those on cart pages--then ,I used a discount code which caused me to have to pay shipping. Aaarrgh! Guess I can't count. By the way, I love cat items. Was it DG which had kitten salt and pepper sets a few days ago?
