Deceptive description/But Good Customer Service
Deceptive description of: "4 Rubbermaid Shelf Tracks With Sliding Removable Storage Bins Keep kitchen items organized with this sliding shelf bin. They easily attach to any wire or wood shelf, and are great for small items like packets and spices!" This arrived as a pack of only one shelf track & bin, not the four as described. UPDATE: After contacting Deal Genius, they took care of the problem and sent the missing items.

I was unhappy with product.
I was unhappy with product. I was offered to ship it back at my cost and then I would be refunded the amount I paid. Products were thin and not well made, I thought that they should be a better quality. I decided rather than spend money on returning these crappy products, I would just give to a free store in my town; although I felt kind of funny donating something I would n't even use.

normally I am happy with my purchases, but this one has been a disappointment. I ordered a medium belt after checking the size chart and it looks to be fit for a child. I hate the hassle of returns.

Would have given 5 stars but item came a week and a half later that stated. Maybe this is not a DG issue but none the less the slight delay skewed my rating....Also the site is hard to navigate to get to your orders and find tracking, but once I was able to find it I knew where to look. Otherwise great deal i think. I still have not used the product yet so hopefully it is acceptable considering the cheaper cost.
