I love Deal Genius for pricing and I can find what I want. The only downside is the slow shipping

The products ordered did arrive, as described, yet it took weeks to get here. I'm glad that they were only for me and not a gift. Your order(s) will arrive eventually, just don't hold your breath.

Although I received a broken product, I was provided a full refund and the customer service representative was kind via telephone. I recommended they speak to the warehouse crew to further train on wrapping of fragile items and they took the information seriously. Wish my bookends were repairable or replaceable (they all sold out), but such is life.

Some good deals and some not so good. Obviously, you buy what you want.

In three days it will be a month since my order was shipped and its stuck in transit. Nothing from Deal genius to let me know where the package is and tracking only says estimated delivery date coming soon. It shows the package in GA since 11/14 and now it has been sent to FL? Even taking the virus into account this is not acceptable. I have ordered items from Amazon and others and it has taken 3 to 6 days maximum.
