You shipped it to the billing address instead of the shipping address. Your website was difficult to use. I had to get help to get the shipping address in and then you still sent it to the wrong address. When I called, it was "Oh, when you pay with Amazon it changes the address" "You can pay to mail it back and get a refund" "Sorry your gift didn't get to the child it was ordered for".

Got everything I ordered in a timely manner (a few weeks) and everything looks perfect! Very impressed. But, I didn't order anything more than $8. I didn't want to risk the quality of anything more expensive. Overall, totally recommend for beautiful notebooks, cheap stationary, and cupholder trashcans!

There are always great finds. The reason it didn’t get a five star is because sometimes the actual item is priced different than the email page. EX: it may be $1 on email page, then when you click on item, it comes up $3. However, I have been 95% satisfied with everything purchased. Will continue to shop with you. Also great customer service.
