Customer Service is stellar, very helpful and understanding Customer Service Agents which makes any mishap with an order easy to rectify, whether it's a wrong or damaged item, or shipping issues (which I am very happy to say has been NO PROBLEM in the past year!). An added plus is that their Customer Service is based in the USA, no overseas calling which most big box stores have in place!
