The company terms and conditions indicate that there is a review process before they process top-ups but I merrily went through my testing process to get things working. There were no warnings, emails, pop-ups or other technology at work to indicate that they were going to bill me $2500. From a purely technological aspect, this is a red flag that everyone should heed. If a company is asking you to accept terms & conditions, they need to also follow through on their end or it's not a good contract. As a technologist, I didn't find any bonus value that simply using Claude or ChatGPT or any other AI with a proper prompt couldn't provide at $20/month for the Pro package for writing React code. As a matter of course, the SuperCool software doesn't allow you to export code, so that's not very useful for someone trying to make a new software product. I am hoping they haven't used my idea to steal it or enhance their "Synthetic Intelligence". Don't get drawn in by their fancy ads with Snoop Dog and Ice-T, remember these are performers who get paid to sell you something and that is not an endorsement. The company does offer a 30-day money back complete guarantee, and I am pursuing getting them to refund the charges but I am not yet whole again, I am still down $520 which they allege will take "5 to 10 business days" but that time is nearly up. This is small claims money but it's annoying to have to wait. I would call this a cautionary tale and hope that others find this information useful. If you're trying to build software, there's a lot cheaper options with far less risk.

I am extremely disappointed with Famous Labs and Deal.ai. This company engages in highly questionable business and billing practices. Here are the facts of my case: SIA/DFY Package Scam ($2,750): I paid a $2,750 partial payment for a Done-For-You package after the workshop with T.S. After only two initial calls with the assigned consultant D.S, I was completely ghosted. Since October 2025, I have received ZERO updates and ZERO deliverables. The support link to D.S they gave me is broken. When I emailed them again, an agent named J. lazily dismissed my multi-thousand-dollar issue with a one-sentence email, pushing responsibility to T.S. Unauthorized Billing ($219): They deactivated my main $27/month Famous.ai legacy subscription without my consent. Yet, their system continued to charge my credit card over $219 for 'Hosting Hours' (including $33.22 in December) while completely blocking my access to the software. Horrible Support & Deleted Evidence: Their support bot admitted the billing error, but then the company deleted my support chat history. I have formally demanded a full refund of my $2,750 and the unauthorized charges. I have escalated this directly to the CEO A.M and T.S. If not resolved immediately, I will proceed with my bank fraud investigation, FTC, and BBB complaints. Stay far away from this company!

Not happy at all with the hidden costs and a pre-charge of a high amount for a subscription I obviously didn’t purchase, which came after the cancellation of my subscription. Support and tool itself were ok!

Great product!

I have been going over credit card charges and see that I have been charged 6 times on one day for what, I don’t know! $50, $97, $7.00, $19.95, $8.00, and $25.00.I’ve reached out via chat several times, and each time I’m told a real person will get back to me in “a few hours”. I’m going to have to call my CC. What a shocker.

I had an excellent experience today on zoom with Teri and got a tremendous amount of value from the session. What stood out most was how genuinely happy he was to help. I paid for code as I went. When I upgraded plans, all the prior code that I paid for was again presente as a new charge. I asked 5x for a phone number when talking to an "agent" via email. Nothing. I was then told that the balance was zeroes (as i had been paying as i went and clearly have indexed receipts for this). However, the engineers never cleared the dashboard and I continue to get a prompt that I owe this large chunk of money. This is a barrier to continuing to code and save. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed in this company. I asked for them to cancel my account because they charge for every little thing you do on their platform. Anyway, I was told my account had been canceled by email from their company. However, 5 months later I was still being billed by them. When I sent them the email that they sent to me showing that they had canceled the account, and requesting that they cancel it and re-imburse me for the months they kept billing; I was informed they only refund for the last 30 days. After I responded that I would give them a bad review they stopped all communication with me and billed me for another month. My account still has not been canceled to date nor have I received a reimbursement.
