I'm a business owner and I wanted Supercool to work. I invested heavily in the platform because I was using it to complete a mini series. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a billing nightmare. Over a few days, Supercool's agent repeatedly errored out while consuming credits. I kept purchasing additional top ups because I was trying to complete my project and expected the service to work. On one day alone, I incurred seven separate $80 top ups while dealing with repeated agent failures. I also discovered separate hosting charges across two different credit cards that I did not knowingly authorize. I contacted Supercool multiple times asking them to review the charges, provide refunds, and escalate the situation. My final email specifically requested supervisor contact within 24 hours. Instead of reaching a reasonable resolution, my account was canceled without the disputed amounts being appropriately refunded. Today, I ultimately had to open disputes with three different financial institutions involving $6,646.85 in charges. My biggest concerns are the lack of billing transparency, how quickly credits can be consumed when the agent is failing, unexpected hosting charges, and the difficulty of getting meaningful assistance when something goes wrong. I cannot recommend Supercool based on my experience. Anyone considering the platform should monitor every transaction closely, understand exactly how credits and hosting are billed, and keep records of everything.

These guys also go by Supercool Famous Labs. They advertise $8.00/month subscription for high quality service, then in same menu request one time $47 payment for hight quality THEN request $50/month to get high quality. They also sent a mandatory agreement that negates all promises and leaves you no rights as a consumer. They do refund if you call them out. GET YOUR REFUND NOW.

Do not join supercool. I only made 1 picture and 1 short video and they took $219.79 from my account extra over 5 months. There super cool advert said only $11.02 AU per month and never said anything about charging extra. I use other apps that do the work at no extra cost. I hadnt used the app for a couple of months so cancelled it and the theives took $95.23 from my account and i had to cancel my card so they couldnt steal anymore. So angry.

After cancelling my subscription I was suddenly charged with 54€ without any explanation. I contacted customer service before they could charge me and asking for an explanation of the charges and for them to pause the charge until the issue was resolved and that I would of course pay if the charges were explained and justified, but contacting customer service is pointless, it's AI of course, and as soon as you ask to talk to a real person you get an email saying that an agent will get in touch with you shortly. Well it's been 48 hours and still no response from a real agent and the 54€ has gone out of my account before I had the chance to block it. The invoice specifications are extremely vague and doesn't specify what the 54€ actually is for. So a 17€ a month deal for Supercool.ai turned into a 54€ charge as soon as I cancelled the subscription, even though there was no binding time agreement. You also can't access your account, even though it's clearly still there, without the subscription active to check the specific charges yourself. A serious company would still let you check the account even if it's inactive. There's also no way for you to simply delete your account on the platform. Stay away from this company, if you don't want to get scammed.

I signed up for SuperCool to test out their AI video animation suite. I only used the site for about 15 minutes before all 8,000 of my credits were completely gone just setting up character profiles and model frames. The platform burns through your credit bucket instantly before it can even generate a single second of moving video.Because it ran out of credits so fast and was crazy expensive, I immediately canceled my subscription. The absolute second I pressed the cancel button, the site tried to charge my card $40 two times in a row.Thankfully, I had already called my bank and everything is fixed now, but this is a horrible and predatory business practice. To try and force extra charges right after a customer cancels is totally deceptive. Independent creators need to watch their bank accounts very closely if they try to test this site.

Beware of this scam. They will debit your account over and over again for amounts that you never agreed to. Their platform leaves a lot to be desired, credits run out almost immediately and it does not produce anything of substance. Honestly, stay away from them. They also go by the name of Supercool

Beware- this is a scam company and your card details/ financial information with them is absolutely unsafe. Do NOT share it with them. 1. I registered on their subsidiary website called Supercool. They made unwarranted charges on my card under “Pay as you go” with zero transparency. 2. Then out of nowhere, deal.ai randomly made unauthorised illegal use of my card and charged an amount even though I never even registered on this website.
