First of all the Tineco dry/wet vacuum is simply incredible, i don't think we will be able to live with out it anymore. Then something happened to the dirty water tank and the charging base which most likely ware and tear, and our vacuum was out of warranty. however calling support, they made an exception and sent us a replacement to both items for free. It is just an amazing customer service, very professional and smart staff, they know their product well. You guys are great, we use the vacuum everyday and we love it, and we will soon upgrade to the lates model. Thank you a 1000 times and god bless you.

I am not someone who buys gadgets or mechanical things that claim to do a better job…Tineco products are exceptional! I purchased two vac mops… Each is the best I’ve ever owned. The i5 was my first and the Stretch my second. As I feel that I cannot be without one, I recommend either.You will love the ease of use and clean that you have not know before….No more dread of spills or tracking dirt…enjoy!

Ho acquistato la Tineco 7, ottimo prodotto, le pulizie sono diventate molto meno faticose, non rimangono aloni, la mia casa è di circa 150 mq e la batteria basta, bisogna invece svuotare il serbatoio dell'acqua sporca e riempire quello dell'acqua pulita perché non bastano. Unico neo bisogna togliere a mano capelli o fili lunghi

I bought the corded version of the lit vac floor washer 6 months ago. Now its time to replace the mop head brush and air filter. Went to Amazon ordered the parts with the model number on the machine and picture showing the correct parts. They show up the brush was an inch to short and the filter was angled not square. Tried Amazon again even though the picture showed the correct parts the result was the same, wrong parts don't fit. Went to the manufacturer web site ordered the parts. They show up right filter this time and the brush was the correct length. But the spines on the drive gear didn't match the brush and would not seat at all. I like the machine and the way it works is great. There are a few machines that have the same function they cost a little more but have a manufacturer name I know and trust. Not to mention there parts are available in the store they are sold at.De.Tineco I suggest you fire the engineers and get someone that understands cross compatibility will make customers happy and inventory Much less confusing and costly.
